What happened at Christmas???!!

I meant to ask this ages ago but I noticed that no one (in my store atleast) got anything for Christmas?

Like how Morrisons workers got a gift card and chocolate and how tescos gave a bottle of Prosecco and some other bits, and we got nothing?

It really feels like a kick in the teeth to work so hard over Christmas and get absolutely no recognition for the work we did…
