My sag sun and sag moon husband has disturbing behavior. Help

I (32 f) and my husband (33 m) are married for 3 years. There were red flags in the beginning but his charm made me unsee them. He seems like an exhibitionist and makes me so uncomfortable. He is very vulgar and can make anything sexual like going to a grocery store etc. it makes me very uncomfortable. As soon as he sees if something bothers me about his vulgar behavior it is an attack on his freedom and then he punishes me the worst way like being even more vulgar when his mother is around. He noticed it was bothering me so I talked to him about it and he took it as an attack on his freedom. He started doing it even more- more sexual comments toward his mother. Yuck! He makes sex noises whenever she is around just to bother me. It is sickening. He tried to show me that he was hard talking to his mother and if I say something omg the word salad to defend his actions and word is just endless.

He has ruined my mental health and peace. Like he needs to be studied of what he is. He does unimaginable things. I took him to the hospital he was sick for 2 days. The nurse asked him for a shot in his belly- he removed all his clothes infront of her, she didn’t ask for that. That made her very uncomfortable and she never came back to our room and next day we had a male nurse all day by the hospital no female nurses were provided to him. I wonder if she complained to her supervisor and they only assigned male nurses for the rest of the stay. The female nurse was visibly uncomfortable and I was just in shock like what did he just do. I didn’t know what to say. He had a smirk later. Like he was excited that another girl looked at his penis with no regrets. Like this is harassment to the nurse and betrayal to me. He used a medical scenario to fulfill his exhibitionist tendencies.

He told me he used to drive 4 hours to go to a nude beach before we met. Was it a red flag. Like what is he?

Thank you all for not making me think if I am crazy for thinking like that because I always try to question myself if I am taking it wrong but other people notice the conversations between us and it is humiliating and embarrassing. He is the most blunt person I know. He just does it more as soon as I made it an issue. Should I have not made it an issue like the choice of words and language he uses around people? Cause it was an ego injury to his freedom. He punishes me by just escalating the behavior and his no filter vulgar speech just to prove a point. I know bluntness and freedom is big thing in sag zodiac that’s why I made this post here cause I am still trying to see if I am doing something wrong for him to act like that. Like do sags try to teach you a lesson if their freedom or bluntness is questioned, cause it is so hurtful.
