What now?

Hello community, I'm in quite a bind here. I been fighting ssdi since 2021. I finally had a ALJ hearing in August. Everything sounded good the job person even said no to all three hypothetical jobs. I have major depression, anxiety, bipolar, neuropathy, lumbar spondylosis, and lumbar radiculopathy. I'm currently on 18 different medications as well to combat these problems I'm having. I am using a lawyer as well. The judge denied my case, the judge also has a very low approval rate, in the teens. He said that two other doctors said I'm able to work while crawling squatting etc. I don't understand. I'm using a cane on a daily basis if I'm not in bed, which is most of my day I am in. The lawyer went for a appeal for the appeal council. I feel I am lost and don't know what to do next. I feel like giving up. What am I looking forward to in the future with my case. Thankyou all for reading, anything will be helpful.

UPDATE: So the doctors were from the initial phase of my application that I had started over three years ago. Is it normal for the judge to quote off of doctors from that time period? It seemed like my case was a for sure approval but by him using older testimonies from doctors at the beginning made the denial easier to give out. This is pretty messed up. My case now went to the appeals council so now I'm waiting for this step to be done and still don't know what's going to happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou all.
