Sizing Help!

Hi all! I am in love with the suit, but I’ve never bought from Skims before and I’m unsure of their sizing. I’m going between a small and medium based on the measurements, but I’m not sure if their suits run small, large, or true to size.

For reference, my bust is around 36”, my waist around 29”, and my hips around 40”. Of course there’s some fluctuation by an inch here and there, but that’s my average! I also wear a 32DD bra from Victoria’s Secret if that helps too! Any and all advice would be appreciated - thank you!
