Windows 11 Showing Compliant Without Install

Hey All,

I am testing the Windows 11 Upgrade through SCCM Servicing (not TS), and I have a few devices that are showing as not required or compliant without installing windows 11. The devices show compliant when running readiness PowerShell script and while doing manual checks.

I checked to see if the devices were missing any windows updates, but nothing is reporting back from required from SCCM or from Windows Updates, so I suppose they have all the required updates. My computer is one of the culprits and is running Windows 22H2 build 190405.
