Is the beginner growth pack worth buying?

Hi all, I've been camping at level 12 till my storage got to 500, and now I'd like to progress. I'm in South Africa and the beginner growth pack is being offered for 179.99 ZAR, giving 500 simcash, 38 000 simoleaons, 5 golden keys, and 1 beach expansion.

In your opinion, is it worth the money or should I rather just push to win simcash from COM instead? Obviously this question is not geared to those who don't spend any money in this game at all.
