Plane companion to play Majoras Mask w/textures + mods... and most other Zeldas

I'm looking for a companion device roughly the same height/width to an ipad mini or smaller (as I have a nice compact sling that I don't want to replace). I want to play through pretty much all the zelda games and I understand there are limitations to switch emulation. For info: I own a switch oled.

In particular I want to play

• Majoras mask with henriko texture pack and project restoration mod (I understand this is 3ds only)
• OOT (ship of harkinian has an android port and a switch port I believe)
• WW with character skins
• Ideally, BOTW with character skins and relics of the past mod.

Initially, I thought I'd mod my switch but I hear emulation outside of retroarch, particularly 3DS is not a great experience. Can anyone comment on modded switch and the games/mods above?

From my own research the RP5, Odin mini, Y700 might be good options, can anyone comment on these and the games/mods above? Y700 might be annoying as no built in controller.

Any lightweight device recommendations welcome (again, not necessarily inc switch emulation)😊
