I preordered and I just want to know something about the battery longevity.

I currently use a wireless charger for my s21 ultra. And I have a couple of questions that doesn't seem to have a definitive answer on Google. If this is the wrong subreddit for this, please redirect me.

1. Does wireless charging damage a phone's battery over time even if it is at slow speed and has a built in fan in the charger.
2. I'm planning on using the battery protection feature. Is it necessary to turn it off now and then another the battery can get a full cycle in.
3. I want this phone to last as long as possible. So any help welcome.
