My 12 week old puppy is playing entirely too rough with us

My 12 week old puppy is super sweet, she loves people and other dogs. I take her on walks, play with her a ton, have engaging chews for her. Atleast once a day she gets crazy zoomies and energy (normally at night after she eats and the hour before bed). She doesn’t just nip, she bites HARD. And she latches on and play growls and tugs.

I’ve tried ignoring her and turning away (but she is relentless and it genuinely hurts). I’ve tried redirecting with a toy, it helps occassionally. Stern no or ouch doesn’t help. I even feel bad because today i didn’t have anything to redirect with nearby and i tried to hold her down in an awkward position trying to get her “bored” of not getting to me, resulting in me having to shove her pretty hard to get her away from me (i feel like she is going to get hurt one day).

I am with her ALL day. She doesn’t do this to my boyfriend and I’m the one training her, i have taught her a lot, and I’m working on resource guarding so i literally hand feed her, walk her, EVERYTHING.

I feel like she is playing. But it is entirely way too rough (or am i in denial that it’s aggression?she isn’t showing teeth and lunging, she is chasing and no tense body) Any advice other than what i mentioned help?

She is so sweet all day aside from that one hour!!
