Teammate not listening

So I'm Diamond, and I just got out of a 3v3 Heatseeker match. We had an awesome formation and strategy. My teammate was down in the other team's goal bumping, helping us get points. We lost the first round, but in the second round, he actually did his job, and we won 5-3. Then, in the finals, he just played all defense. We lost in overtime because I was defending everything while he didn’t get down there. He went twice, and we scored both times, so we could have won. It should never have gone to overtime in the first place if he had just done his job. I hate investing in this game when my teammates decide to hand their controller to their two-year-old in the finals, thinking I can carry. I was the MVP by 1,000 points in this match because I had to save every ball and couldn’t leave the goal because of it. Meanwhile, he had all the time in the match to get down there and mess up the other team's players.

I hate losing time in my life because someone else decided to stop doing the one thing that worked, the thing that got all three of us to the finals in the first place. Suddenly, that isn’t going to work anymore, and we apparently need three defenders to do the job I was already managing by myself, which was hard but doable.

I told him in chat over and over to get down there. I kept saying we needed him to bump them a bit so our shots could go in. My other teammate and I were handling defense and taking good shots, but we just needed him to play some offense. He wouldn’t do it.

I hate getting random assigend teammates to play in tournaments becuase they hardly ever listen to others and they just end up doing what they want all the time which is ball chasing or throwing matches, I hate this game, I hate the teammates I get put up against day after day after day, I hate all of this.
