Revlout restricted my account for "standard security check" help
Revlout has temporarily suspended my account for a standard security check, even though I was just using it as normal. The live chat were very bad in giving me answers of what's going on, they couldn't tell me why or how long this would take. I kept getting the same copy and pasted answers and it's very frustrating. They have now told me it's going to take 15 (yes fifteen) business days so the anaylist can give my account an update, like what that's word for word what they said, how on earth does it take 15 days to review an account and wait that's only an estimated time so It could be longer . Has anyone ever experienced one of these checks? Did you get your account back? Cause it feels like l've just been trolled by revlout and they ran off. Is there anything j can do?
