Does it get better?

I heard alot about reverend insanity being one of the best web novels out there and thus one day randomly decided to start reading it ... I have read through 80 chapters and I am sick and tired of the MC killing people mindlessly and getting everything he wants (the plot armour is insane). Is this a typical shounen web novel wherein the MC is too OP and becomes the best in the "Strong feeds over weak" world?
