Alternatives to Patagucci?

This is an unpopular opinion, but I've worn the better sweater for years and I just don't like wearing it in clinical settings. It can get too warm, it pills, and it doesn't lend itself to frequent washings. This might be because I'm not caring for it correctly, but I also don't want to spend time tending to it either.

Any alternatives to the Patagonia better sweater to wear in place of a white coat? Would love something low maintenance but also not frumpy. Thanks!
