NTTD VS+ NAIAD LOCK

I’d like some advice to open up the case back. Does the case back screw to the 3pm position to remove the case back - or what? I keep getting stuck where I’m at now. See my pic.

The 2nd is one I found online of a NTTD opened up. I’m trying to follow the design I see there but I’m not having luck.

Anyone have experience with this? It’s VS+ not VSF. So not sure if there’s a difference.
