Updated best factory for these?

Hey guys just wondering what the best factory is give or take, for these Cellini watches, no date and date. As per guide it’s KZF, but I see EWF and also available MKS. There’s also GMF. So I’m kinda wondering pros and cons 4 factories where do we go. Also there isn’t many QC or Cellini related action on here (except the moonphase)
