Cell signal interruption
TLDR: is there something interfering with cell signal downtown?
Ever since I moved to Reno at the beginning of September, my cell phone loses signal constantly. I have a Google pixel 6 on T-Mobile. It has worked fine all across the country with only minor interruptions. Here in Reno, it's different. My cell will randomly drop signal showing an exclamation mark on the signal bar, or it will erase the 5G symbol and only show a signal bar (with some signal) with no exclamation mark. During either instance, my phone will have no service. The only way to fix it is to airplane mode or reboot. Sometimes airplane mode won't work and a reboot is the only option. This happens more often when I'm downtown (multiple times per hour) but less frequently when I'm at home (midtown, maybe once every few days it will occur). This started the very day I moved to Reno.
My question is: Is there something downtown that interferes with cell signal? Some other radio signal or a repeater or anything that could be dropping my cell signal? I'm growing tired of restarting my phone every 20 minutes while I'm downtown at work.
