Remote work degree

I'm 21 years old trying to find a remote job. I'm now actively working on getting my GED, I've gotten the practice test packets, passed the math portion, which is usually the hardest one, and am going to schedule my test date on my next payday in 2 weeks. I'm looking for something along the lines of a 1 year degree that will put my salary range in the 40-50k range. It's not alot in today's society, but it's enough to give me a more disposable income to be able to afford a better degree with a higher pay range. Any and all help would be appreciated. I want more out of life, and this would be an amazing start. I've been stuck in food since I was 16, this is not what I want forever.

Edit: transportation is an issue, otherwise I would go the trade route temporarily.
