How to reset Realme Buds Air 3 Neo?

I just got mine like a day ago and then the right side unpaired itself to the left side or vise versa. And when scanning thru bluetooth its showing to ear buds. U wasn't able to pair the two together again. Is there any solution? Returning it ain't an option because i bought it in China and i live in other country.
