Sex offender usernames trend

Has anybody else noticed that players who have the latest Hollywood sex offender in their username are always absolutely garbage? It's completely crazy to me that I have played with and against dozens, and I mean dozens, of players with "Diddy" in their name in some form or another, and every single one of them is just bottom of the leaderboard. I'm sure there has to be a couple out there that don't suck, but from what I've seen the trend is definitely towards trash being at least 90% of that playerbase

Not that it's a bad thing, someone who changes their name to a sex offender's probably isn't someone I would want to know so watching them unequivocally fail across the board in every match I'm in is cathartic.

Anyone else experiencing this?
