Ultrawide help

update mid playing cyberpunk it swapped to ultrawide. No idea why, was literally just running through Dogtown and BAM

Have my Ally docked to a ultrawide monitor. Was playing everything fine. Accidentally clicked the resolution in the quick bar, it exited ultrawide and I can't get it to go back no matter what resolution I'm in
