Troubleshooting Official ROG Ally Dock

Hello!

I just bought an ROG Ally Extreme and the Official ROG Dock.

I've been trying to connect my Ally to my TV but it won't display anything on my TV. I have tried Duplicate, Extend, AND Only Show on TV.
SOMETIMES, after I've unplugged the HDMI repeatedly, the display will show on the TV, but any time I open an application, I lose display on the TV. I've read that the official dock can't display on both the handheld and an external monitor, but I've tried displaying on just the TV and all that happens is both screens go black.

TV: Samsung 55" Television 4k Display

RSR is OFF
AFMF is OFF
I've tried @ 120 HZ and 60 HZ
Drivers up to date.

I read around online and have gotten a bunch of different answers and solutions. Tried everything I have found.
I've tried 3 different HDMI cables.
I've tried disabling and reenabling my display drivers.
I've tried restarting, unplugging shit and plugging it back it.
I've checked for updates repeatedly on MyASUS, AMD Software, and Armory Crate.

Any direction would be appreciated.
