Is rdr still worth it?

Hi. I'm currently playing rdr2 and I've been thinking about getting rdr as well. I love the story so far and the setting in general. I was wondering if rdr is still worth after 14, almost 15 years. I know the graphics aren't the best, but what about the gameplay and such? Please let me know your thoughts!
