General Krantz the comedian

I just finished re-watching Prison Break. Throughout seasons 3 & 4, I couldn't help but laugh during every segment with General Krantz. I found his character unintentionally hilarious.

Anyone else think he's funny? Or just the evil villain he was supposed to be?
