Boxed sets of greeting cards

I'm looking for a great print lab that can handel boxed sets of greeting cards.
They'd be mixed sets of 12-24 cards, in a custom printed box, with some high quality envelopes.
I then need these sent to fulfilment centers in the USA and Europe...
Does anyone have experience with someone really good? I'm looking for the quality you see in museum giftshops.
