Have any of you bought your potensic off amazon

So I got the asurion protection on my Potensic Atom 3x when I bought it from amazon. I'm wondering what if any experience any of you have had with them. I crashed my drone and busted one of the landing gear as well as the drone hitting the ground gimbal first. I need to send it to them and they'll try to repair it.

I'm worried that they might not do good work or repair it with oem parts.
