Why wasn't he used more throughout the game? He's got all these cool powers yet we don't see a lot of them (ie his ability to change around his bones so he could Chase his victims and stalk them easier) or more of his various torture methods (we've seen what dog day looks like what does he do to heretics that aren't his friends!?) seriously he was such a cool character yet he wasn't developed ability wise.
