Seasons 1-2 Colin vs Season 3 Colin

I realize that this is probably going to be an unpopular opinion, but I am on the edge of preferring Colin before his season 3 glow up.

It's like he's almost too stunning to look at for very long, kind of like the sun. Sometimes it's hard to listen to what he says because I am just blinded by the visuals. I have to listen to what he says twice because the first time I need to get over All of That. It's intimidating.

Sadly, I guess, I prefer my Colins cuddly rather than dashing and piratey. And also, Colins 1 and 2 are who Penelope loves to distraction first. My favorite picture of him is when he is standing behind the other Francesca at Eloise's presentation.

And I know his looks are not a facet of his character but😳 does anyone else understand where i'm coming from?
