eBay delivery question (after authentication)

Does eBay Authenticator send items via USPS or another service (fedex, ups, etc)? I’d prefer to have the package placed in my mailbox (in other words via USPS) while I’m at work, rather than left at the door with UPS or fedex!

Or alternatively, is there a way to ask them to ship via USPS?
