Im so cooked 😭 pls help decide which pokémon I should use

Idk which pokémon I should use Im worried future battles will be horrible if I dont change my pokémon soon. I feel like skeledirge is the only pokemon I have that is actually good. Which pokemon should I swap and is there any pokemon which I should level up?
