3/4 IPS Tub Spout HELP

So I’m replacing an old corroded tub spout and having trouble finding a new one. My connection type is 3/4 iron pipe that extends about 4 inches from the shower wall. So I need a nose threaded tub spout but I’ve looked everywhere! Any help would be appreciated!!
