Need help figuring out what this noise is after it finishes flushing and how I can fix it.

My toilet makes this loud noise when it starts to fill up after I flush. Sometimes it just makes quick noise, other times the noise lasts a few seconds. It fills up just fine and isnt leaking or running water, but that loud noise keeps happening after I flush and it starts to fill. My guess is that I'll need to replace the fill valve, but I'm honestly not sure. I wouls also like to know if I can fix it myself without having to go get a new valve and replacing it.
