Every second season and beyond of my anime shows doesn't have a proper title. How do I fix this?

Hey all,
I recently put a few anime shows on my plex server, I renamed them all to the proper file format and when I loaded them into plex the first season had every name correct. But when I check on the second season, it only said episode - XXX, I then check the third, then the fourth, etc. They all didn't have proper names. Is there any way to fix this? I have checked and tried to change and set up different metadata, but I fail hard. Any help would be great.
