Cloud gaming problem

Hello everyone, I have a problem that I have trouble understanding. I think I have a great connection Wi-Fi at home: 500mbps in download and about 400mbps in upload. Despite this, my cloud gaming service is not exactly good. There is often lag. I can't understand where the problem is considering that everyone here says it works optimally and it looks like playing on local ps5. Do you have any advice?
