PSA: Monsters can drop all skills now

Haven't seen this posted yet, and not seeing it in the patch notes, but they seem to have fixed the bug that prevented some monsters from dropping their skills. Usually any monster's first skill wasn't able to drop before, although the previous patch some monsters were exceptions, like Lord Arken. Can be a pretty big game changer now to get some of those early monster skills.
