Can't download Resident Evil 3. Says I need to upgrade.

So I just tried to download Resident Evil 3 so I can play it later, but it won't let me. It says I need to upgrade...

I then tried Midnight Sun, and that worked fine. Is it because I downloaded the RE3 demo about 3 years ago? How incredibly annoying if that was the case. If so, how do I download it?
