Upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia

If you've ever gotten a blepharoplasty under local anesthesia how much did it end up costing after everything was done. I'm thinking about going to this place in Saint louis missouri they claim the blepharoplasty is 3,500 before local anesthesia and surgery fees. I really appreciate your advice and am so curios how much it will cost all together
