Massive Problem with Purchase in PVZ 2

Alright, I need some massive help. (Normally I would post a meme but I need genuine help with this. It's happened 3 times now and is pissing me off.)

So, in Plants vs Zombies 2, I tried to purchase the bundle for Doom Shroom (I think he's going to be useful later, still don't like how EA brought him back though :/) and it of course displayed as "Early Access Plant Bundle!" so I was excited to hopefully get what I wanted. But, history repeats itself.

Even though I was presented with it as 250 Doom Shroom seeds and 100 of another random Plant, I got 200 gems, 40000 coins, and 200 seed packets for completely different Plants.

And this isn't the first time it has happened to me. I was supposed to get 125 seeds of Nightcap and Ice Shroom this other time and got Cran Jelly and Turkey-Pult instead. Also happened with the Plant of the Week bundle for Olive Pit, which it gave me Bud'Uh Boom instead. I tried EA Support several times and they never give me a proper answer that isn't from a pre-set botted response. And then they close it like it helps. Even though restore purchases says that it restored 1 purchase, it doesn't.

At this point, you people are so much more helpful than EA Support, so I want to know a possible way to at least get my Doom Shroom like it was advertised, or get all my money back. (IT WAS OVER 30 BUCKS FOR IT.)

I'm on an IPhone 15 if you need to know.
