Swimming making PF worse?
Has anyone experienced swimming actually aggravating their pf?
I’ve been relatively sedentary outside of PT since injuring my foot in May of 2023. I was in a boot for 10-12 weeks or so and doing PT and saw a ton of improvement so I’ve started to ease back into activity.
I’m a former swimmer and that’s always been my favorite form of exercise so I started that back up. All was going well until doing a main set of backstroke yesterday my foot started majorly acting up. I guess I’m trying to figure out if I hit it on a wall weird or if the kicking itself is causing it.
