Does Planet Fitness think I'm an idiot?

I got an email saying "Have you heard the NEWS???" (like I'm about to hear something good) then tells me the 24/7 is now changed to 24/5 when the new hours are clearly 24/4 not 24/5. Also the annual fee isn't annual when you charge the new members one month after the initial monthly fee (doubling the $10 a month price they get to claim), and as if most people are even going to stay that long. Also why do they call it a spa when there isn't even a spa there?
