How to store your pizzas

Well. I thought I’d open up a conversation on how best to store pies for later consumption. Excuse the background noise in the photos…I was making a coconut cream pie, which is also a tasty pie.

We typically end up with several leftover pies. So I stack them separated by wax paper and then wrap the whole stack in foil. Then to reheat I pull one out and toss in the oven on a hot pizza stone.

It is perhaps one of my greatest inventions. Thought I’d share with this group for love of the Za!
