I'm stuck on which to do

I'm looking at a 80 lb pellet stove from Lowe's, or a Mr Heater ventless propane heater. Both would be in same place on the first floor. Infront of the stairs going up towards front of house. Floor plan is open and a circle. We have electric baseboard as main heat and looking to replace it with either or. Just need opinions of those who had the same issue and what is best to do. House is about 1400 Sq ft
