Help is it worth upgrading my current build?

I am not very savy in the world of PC builds. My brother passed a few years ago and left his computer to me. It has worked pretty great so far but I'm worried my graphics drivers is going out. There's some other problems that I need to upgrade as well likely but I will identify those later. Is it worth continuing to upgrade or should I bite the bullet and buy a pre built? This PC obviously means a lot to me but idk if it's worth the money to upkeep.
