Is this RTX 3070 PC worth it? (2024)

Hey. I'm looking for a gaming rig in my local country after I've decided to upgrade from my laptop (R5 4600H, GTX1650). I'll be using the laptop for highscool and portability, but I would like a Gaming PC for pure gaming and also Youtube! I've found this one interesting... It is listed at 900EUR. Is it worth it?
