Do you guys have any tips for improvments. (Without going anything significantly up in price).

I am interested in buying this PC: https://no.pcpartpicker.com/list/fPfTd9 and would like to know if there are any potential improvements I can make without significantly increasing the cost. As a first-time PC builder, I would appreciate your feedback on whether this is a good choice or not. My budget for this is $1,400. (15000NOK). I did not find out if it is possible to mount my cpu cooler to the top of the case so i would greatly appreciate it if someone could look into that for me :D
