Explain like I’m 5: Group term life
How do you explain the GTL line in the earnings section of paychecks to your employees? I know how it works but I feel like once I say “IRS table” their eyes gloss over 😵💫 and anything I say after that is lost. They say they get it, but I don’t think they do. How do you explain this to your employees?
