Wolfe sticking around concerns me

I was hyped and still excited that Mike Vrabel is going to be our Head Coach. The one issue I'm having is that Wolfe is still around. If the Krafts really do keep him and let him get into conflict with Vrabel on draft night or free agency then how is he supposed to "do his job" to turn around this football team.
