Robert Kraft is taking us the Jerry Jones route

A good owner hires people based on merit and not only relationships. It seems like the only thing Kraft cares is hiring people that he knows and have a relationship with the team.

Now our front office will stay the same with their old grading system, we get a coach from the dynasty days who will get us conservative playcalling and bring back old coaches like mcdaniels.

The only arguments for Vrabel are he played for the patriots, “he is a leader of men” and he went to the afc championship with tannehill (Maybe we should hire Doug marrone who went with the jaguars)

It looks like we won despite Kraft and not because of him and we will have to live off nostalgia for a few years.
