Book 1 as a stand-alone

I'm a GM who is in a bit of a rut. I don't know if I have what it takes to run a full AP, so I'm thinking about taking Book 1 of an AP and running that as a stand-alone adventure. Which AP(s) do y'all think would be the best choice(s)?
