[3.15] Fire Elemental Hit Raider help

Hey guys,

Im doing an ele hit raider and i feel like my damage is there but my survivability is absolute poo poo. Could someone help me with survivability (and any other tips would be greatly appreciated).

Lose around 2mil dps, and gain around 700 life.
