I have many questions. Please help!

1. How can I get support skill level 3 gems? I only get level 2 even in act 3.

2. Im not doing much damage for some reason with some of my spells. For example my SPARK is only doing around 400DPS. Any recommendations to get it higher? What specific support skill gems can I put in? My highest one is COMET that’s doing 42k DPS.

3. Also looking for advice on the following with support gems or anything to get my DPS up: Flame Wall, Frost Bolt, Hypothermia, Fireball, Flameblast. Feels like other people are doing like 100-200k and I have no idea how!!! What am I missing?
